Mary Armstrong, RN, BSN, JD
Mary Armstrong graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Central Oklahoma where she received the Outstanding Nursing Student and Outstanding Clinical Nurse Awards. She began her nursing career working in the field of Labor and Delivery and continued in the areas of surgery, allergy and office management. In 2000, Mary entered what would become her career passion when she began working for Dr. Alexander specializing in acne treatment/prevention and aesthetic dermatology.
In 2005 Mary returned to academics and earned her Juris Doctorate degree with Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law certifying in Health Law. Specializing in medical malpractice defense, Mary combined legal and nursing careers until she returned to Dr. Alexander full-time in 2010. She currently serves as an aesthetic nurse specialist and as Clinical Director of the Skin Care Institute.
With fifteen years experience in cosmetic dermatology, Mary has extensive knowledge and expertise in skin care and aesthetic dermatologic procedures. She is certified in a wide range of injectables, IPL, Fraxel laser, Ultherapy and radiofrequency. Mary believes in providing comprehensive personal attention to each client and looks forward to utilizing her knowledge and expertise to assist each client bring forth the most beautiful person within.
Autum Caldwell, PA-C
Autum Caldwell, Certified Physician Assistant, earned her Masters in Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society for academic achievement.
Autum is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners. Autum is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She has earned Diplomate status, which is the highest honor available to a dermatology PA.
Autum has received specialized training and practiced medical and surgical dermatology since 2012. She is qualified to diagnose, treat and prescribe appropriate medical therapy for dermatologic conditions. Autum has been a speaker for dermatologic lectures at the University of Oklahoma Physician Assistant Program. She continues to expand her knowledge with frequent Continuing Medical Education meetings and conferences. She speaks Spanish and is passionate about patient education, skin cancer prevention and treatment, and cosmetic dermatology.
Paul Holodov, CMT
Paul Holodov studied medical, sports, and general massage at the Boris Purlutsky Institute of Physical Rehabilitation Haifa in Los Angeles, CA and has been an active massage therapist for over 20 years. A vital member of the Skin Care Institue staff since 2004, he specializes in deep tissue massage and spinal medical massage rehabilitation, with a focus on a holistic approach to massage therapy. Paul currently offers a variety of massage treatments, including therapeutic, wellness, deep tissue and prenatal massage. Clients suffering from muscle tension, neck, back, and shoulder pain, repetitive strain injuries, headaches and migraines, and stress or anxiety can find relief through Paul’s experienced hands. He is widely recognized as one of the top massage therapists in the region.
Alex is a Licensed Aesthetician at Skin Care Institute. She loves that our industry is always developing new procedures and products for beautiful, healthy-looking skin.
